Good morning guys,
We are back again and I don’t know about you but thank God it is Friday, before we go on to the business of the day, if you haven’t listened to the podcast BBB (bible before breakfast) by pastor M, please stop reading, remove that akara from your mouth, drop that bread and click here, go on we will wait.
Waiting…..
welcome back, don’t you feel better now?
okay so our writer for today is our number one foodie plug, enjoyment minister extraordinaire, she is the F in fun and she has a few ideas for you.. Go on Zoya, take it away.
Hi foodies and lovebirds, as you know Valentine’s Season is upon us and everywhere is about to be painted red. Whether you’re married, in a relationship or single single, there’s something you can do to join in the fun. How about going out to dinner with your loved one – partner or other single friends.
I’ll make it easy for you, I have curated a list of 5 restaurants to try out this Valentine’s.
-KAPADOCCIA @kapadoccia_lagos
Known for its beautiful aesthetics (cave restaurant), the food is also really good and the service is amazing. This is a fine dining restaurant in Victoria Island, reservation is compulsory. I think Kapadoccia is worth the splurge for Valentine’s.
-Z Kitchen @zkitchenlagos
Fine dining restaurant located in Victoria Island. Also, you need to call ahead to book a reservation. Beautiful ambience with tasty cuisine. Last year, each table was given a rose stalk. Who knows what they have planned for this year. For privacy and more intimacy with your partner, request the inner room. It’s less crowded and the ambience is lovely.
-Cilantro @cilantrolagos
How about you try something different. Ditch the pasta and try Indian cuisine at Cilantro. Also a fine dining restaurant, Cilantro has a good mix of Indian and Global cuisine on their menu. A really beautiful restaurant space. Also, reservation is advised.
-The Observatory @theobservatorylagos
The ambience here is so beautiful, especially at night. It’s a small sized restaurant with a menu that will make your mouth water. Located in Lekki phase 1, reservation is also a must.
-788 on the Sea @788onthesea_twinwaters
Seafood lovers get in here! Here’s a fine dining restaurant for seafood lovers. Create special moments with your loved ones as you enjoy live music, good food and a view of the Atlantic ocean at 788. Also, reservation is needed.
These are my 5 recommendations for Valentine’s this year. If I were you, I’d start making reservations now before everything gets fully booked.
Have you been to any of these? How was your experience? Please leave a comment below.
